TERMS
- All
prices are F.O.B. our nursery in Lancaster, PA. C.O.D with order
unless credit established. Accounts due - net 30 days. Service
charges of 1 1/2% monthly (18%) annually on all amounts over
30 days.

CLAIMS
- We give no warranty, express or implied, as to the description,
quality, productiveness, or any other matter of any plants sold
and will not be responsible for the crop. All shipping risks
are assumed by the buyer. We will not be responsible for loss,
damage, or delay in transit. No claims will be considered unless
filed in writing within six business days of receipt of nursery
stock.

CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing two weeks prior
to expected digging date. No cancellations will be accepted
after stock has been dug.

| DELIVERY
- It is preferred that customer picks up order. However, we
offer a complete delivery service in most areas. Inquire about
rates. |
